I'm Andrew Bryant, a Minister and Celebrant based in Romford, Essex.
I grew up in Worthing, West Sussex, but I guess my roots are in the East End of London where my Dad was born and bred, and where my adult children currently live. I have been an ordained minister for over 30 years.
My time has increasingly been devoted to the care and support of individuals and families who have suffered the loss of a dear loved one. Much of my week is spent in the preparation and presentation of funeral ceremonies.
Some are religious, using traditional or more contemporary prayers, readings and music.
I also offer a more flexible approach for those who would prefer something different. I am glad to take a non-religious or “celebration of life” ceremony when requested.
Each one is unique, seeking to reflect the life and character of your loved one. My aim is to honour a life well lived in a way that is fitting, personal and memorable.

How to Say Goodbye
Many find a traditional or “lightly religious” ceremony to be most appropriate and reassuring.

Readings, Music and Orders of Service
Music is really important at most funerals. We could sing a favourite hymn, or choose some of your loved one’s favourite tracks.
I am able to help you through this process as much as needed.
And on other occasions...
I am also an experienced and lively public speaker and would love to visit your club, society, church group or other event.
